Gluten-free millet flakes are a product made of organic millet grains. They are distinguished by a higher vitamin and mineral content than other cereal products, and additionally they have a low fiber content, so they are easy to digest. They are a gluten-free replacement for oatmeal and can be included in the diet by people struggling with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Organic millet flakes can be used in the form of a coating (as a replacement for breadcrumbs), as a base for breakfast millet with fruit or to create gluten-free pastries.
