It also abounds in fat-soluble vitamins:

-K, necessary for blood clotting

Rapeseed oil can be used cold. It is also used for baking.
Due to the high content of monounsaturated acids, it is suitable for frying but short.

The product should be stored in a dry and cool place.
After opening store at 4-10 degrees Celsius for no more than 3-4 weeks.
Sediment, turbidity are a natural phenomenon that does not affect the nutritional value.
