The product is fully natural, without added sugars and gluten-free, which makes it an ideal element of the diet for children from 5 months of age. Millet is a source of vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, iron and B vitamins, which are crucial for the proper development and growth of the child.

Preparation method: possible ways of preparing a meal for children from 5 months of age:

Porridge with milk and water:
- Place 100 ml of water and 100 ml of whole MILK in a pot and bring to a boil. Allow to cool to approximately 50°C.
- Pour the liquid onto a plate and mix with 22 g of porridge (approx. 5-6 tablespoons).
- Leave to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C)
- ready.

Meal with formula milk:
- Prepare 170 ml of MILK (according to the instructions on the package). Allow to cool to approximately 50°C.
- Pour the liquid onto a plate and mix with 17 g of porridge (approx. 4-5 tablespoons).
- Leave to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C)
- ready.

Dairy-free porridge:
- Boil 180 ml of water and cool to a temperature of approximately 50°C.
- Pour the liquid onto a plate and mix with 22 g of porridge (approx. 5-6 tablespoons).
- Leave to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C)
- ready.

Dairy-free cereal porridge with fruit or vegetables:
- Boil 70 ml of water and cool to a temperature of approximately 50°C.
- Pour the liquid onto a plate and mix with 15 g of porridge (approx. 3-4 tablespoons) and 75 g of blended fruit, add 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Leave to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C)
- ready.

Notes: For your child's health, it is important to follow preparation recommendations. Always prepare fresh food. Do not use leftover food and do not heat the meal in a microwave (risk of overheating). Provide a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle and thorough dental care from your child's first tooth. To facilitate the absorption of iron, we recommend adding 2 tablespoons of fruit juice rich in vitamin C to fresh milk. To enrich it with valuable fatty acids, we recommend adding 1-2 tablespoons of rapeseed or sunflower oil to dairy-free porridge.

Storage: Store in a dry place, away from heat. Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
