Returns & Complaints Policy

Below you will find the rules for returns and complaints applicable in the 4ecoshop online store.

Returns (right of withdrawal) – 30 days
Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
Returns apply only to unused, unopened and complete products.
Conditions for accepting a return
The returned product must:
  • be unopened and unused,
  • be returned in the original, undamaged packaging,
  • be suitable for resale.
Complaints – 30 days
Customers have the right to submit a complaint within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
A product submitted for complaint:
  • must not be opened or used,
  • must be returned in the original packaging,
  • should be properly secured for transport.
Complaints are accepted in the event of:
  • a product defect,
  • damage to the product during transport.

The above rules do not limit any consumer rights granted by applicable law.

ZERO WASTE products

Products offered in the ZERO WASTE section are not eligible for returns. This is due to the nature of this offer — some products are sold at reduced prices because they have a shorter best-before date or are offered after the minimum durability date.

Each product in this section is clearly marked, and information about the expiry date is provided before the purchase is completed.

ZERO WASTE products remain subject to complaints under the rules described above (30 days, unopened product, original packaging).
