Return (right to cancel) - 14 days
Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returns apply to products that are unused, unopened and complete.
Conditions for accepting a return
The returned product must:
be unopened and unused
be sent back in its original, undamaged packaging
be suitable for resale
Complaints - 3 days
Customers have the right to submit a complaint within 3 days of receiving their order.
The product being reported must:
not be opened or used
be sent back in its original packaging
be properly protected for transport
We accept complaints in the case of:
a product defect
damage caused during transport

The above rules do not limit any consumer rights arising from applicable law.

Products in the ZERO WASTE section

Products offered in the ZERO WASTE section are not eligible for return. This reflects the nature of this offer - some products are sold at reduced prices because they have a shorter remaining shelf life or are offered past their best-before date.
Every product in this section is clearly labelled, and information about its shelf life is available before you make a purchase.
