How do you make instant pudding from a sachet?

One sachet of instant pudding mix sets half a litre of milk or a plant drink, and Celiko's and Bio Planet's sachets are both made this way. Whisk part of the powder into cold liquid and bring the rest to the boil. Pour the slurry in and cook it while stirring. The mix thickens as it cools, so take the pan off the heat while it still pours.
