MCT oil is a product of the KFD brand, which was created out of love for sport and a healthy lifestyle. MCT oils are medium-chain fatty acids with medium-length carbon chains that are digested faster and differently than other fats - they go directly to the blood vessels and the liver. Their dietary sources are very limited, so MCT oils should be supplemented, especially if you want to lose extra pounds. A different method of digestion makes MCT oils reduce the body's tendency to store fat, and at the same time make it draw energy mainly from the deposits of adipose tissue. Additionally, MCT oils in salads or other dishes help to achieve a long-lasting feeling of fullness.

Recommended daily intake: 42 g = 3 tablespoons. It is suggested to gradually increase the portion of the product, starting with adding 1 tablespoon to the meal, once a day. The portion should be increased by 14 g daily every 2-3 days, until the recommended daily dose is obtained.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature, in a tightly closed container. Protect from light. Store out of the reach of small children.
