Celiko Gluten-Free Yeast Dough Baking Mixture 200g is the perfect solution for everyone who wants to enjoy the taste of home-made yeast dough, regardless of gluten tolerance problems. This specially developed mixture allows you to prepare fluffy and aromatic yeast cakes, buns, buns, donuts and pancakes, without having to give up your favorite baked goods. The product is extremely easy to use and allows you to quickly prepare yeast dough without having to spend many hours kneading or waiting for it to rise.

Ingredients: rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, glucose, dried yeast 3%, salt.

Allergens: may contain SOY, MILK and their derivatives.

Preparation method:

Yeast cake with fruit and crumble
Prepare for the yeast dough
- 1 package of yeast dough concentrate
- 2 EGGS*
- 50 g sugar
- 150 ml MILK**
- 30 g of oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- fruit

Prepare for crumble
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of oil or melted butter.

- Sift the dough concentrate into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, add eggs/linseed gruel and pour warm milk/water at max. 30°C
- Knead with a mixer for approx. 3 minutes or by hand until a smooth, uniform, shiny mass is obtained.
- Pour in the fat and knead for another 2 minutes
- Put the dough into a tin (diameter approx. 20 cm) greased or lined with parchment paper and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes
- Knead the crumble using the given ingredients
- Spread the fruit on the dough and sprinkle with crumble
- Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes (until the stick is dry)
- The finished cake can be additionally sprinkled with powdered sugar or frosted.

In a vegan version -
*2 tablespoons of flaxseed (16 g) pour 100 ml of warm water, leave for 3 minutes -
**100 ml of warm water
