Ingredients: corn starch, gluten-free WHEAT starch, plant fiber, thickeners (guar gum; sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose gum), glucose, sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins).

Allergens: may contain EGGS, MILK, SOY, NUTS, PEANUTS, sesame seeds.

How to use: Mix 500 g of the mixture with 8 g of instant yeast. Add 15 g of sugar, 5 g of salt, 20 g of oil and 500 g of water at 35°C. Mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Place the dough in oiled molds up to 1/3 of the height. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for about 20 minutes. Place a baking tray on the lower shelf and heat it to 240°C. Brush the risen dough with water and place in the preheated oven. Pour 100 ml of cold water onto the baking tray to steam it. Bake the bread for 35 - 45 minutes.
