Universal Gluten-Free Cake Baking Mixture 500g Glutenex is a product that was created for people suffering from celiac disease, gluten intolerance and for those who, for various reasons, decided to eliminate gluten from their diet. All the necessary ingredients are already included in the package, which significantly shortens the preparation time and simplifies the entire process. Moreover, it is easy to use, which allows even novice cooks to prepare tasty baked goods. Thanks to this, you can focus on the result, i.e. a cake that will have a perfect texture - fluffy, light and perfectly crisp.
Ingredients: corn starch, gluten-free WHEAT starch, plant fiber, thickeners: guar gum and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose gum; glucose, sugar, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins. Allergens: may contain EGGS, MILK, SOY, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME.

How to use:
1. Mix 500 g of the mixture with 8 g of instant yeast. Add 15 g of sugar, 5 g of salt, 20 g of oil and 500 g of water at 35°C. Mix until a uniform mass is obtained.
2. Place the dough in oiled molds up to 1/3 of their height. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for about 20 minutes.
3. Place a baking tray on the lower shelf of the oven and preheat it to 240°C.
4. Brush the risen dough with water and place in the preheated oven. Pour 100 ml of cold water onto the baking tray to steam it.
5. Bake the bread for 35 - 45 minutes. The mixture can be used to thicken sauces, prepare pancakes, dumplings, pasta and cakes.
Storage method: Store in a dry and cool place.
