Gluten-free zucchini pancakes, great for dinner or as an option for lunch.
Ingredients: gluten-free oat flour, gluten-free oat flakes, teff flour, 9% freeze-dried zucchini, dried onion, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), Himalayan salt, turmeric, nutmeg, oregano, pepper
Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 400 ml of kefir, 1 egg and mix thoroughly.
Fry slowly, preferably in clarified butter or coconut oil.
Without an egg, too! :). You can also prepare vegan with only water (300 ml).
They taste best with sour cream, tzatziki or mushroom sauce.
