Creatine Xplode, Grapefruit - 500 grams Olimp Nutrition

Olimp Creatine Xplode Powder – a creatine complex in a new formula
Creatine Xplode Powder now contains the Matrix 4 Strong Blend complex , with four forms of creatine with varying absorption rates. The new formula is creatine malate-free. The complex is supplemented with 580 mg of taurine.

Matrix 4 Strong Blend – what's hidden in each form?
Each of the four forms is creatine combined with a different compound:

citrate – with citric acid,
pyruvate – with pyruvic acid,
ethyl ester HCl – with hydrogen chloride,
Creatine MagnaPower – with magnesium salts of citric and orthophosphoric acid.
3 g of creatine per serving

Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine – exactly what half a scoop of Creatine Xplode Powder provides.
