Preparation: mix the contents of the sachet vigorously in 50 ml of lukewarm water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Recommended consumption and comments:
Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product:
Consume 1 sachet (children from 4 to 10 years of age) or 2 sachets (youth from 11 to 18 years of age) daily during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. Consumption of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
