We take great care to ensure that every order is properly protected during transit. At the same time, we aim to reduce packaging waste.

Around 40% of the cardboard boxes we use are reused. These are boxes that we receive with product deliveries to our warehouse. Every box is checked, and we only reuse packaging that is clean, sturdy and in good condition. This means your order may occasionally arrive in a box displaying another company’s branding or markings.

Reusing cardboard boxes helps reduce waste, the use of raw materials and the need to produce new packaging.

We use brown packing paper made from recycled materials to fill our parcels. Jars, bottles and other glass products are additionally wrapped in corrugated paper, which provides cushioning and protection during transit.

Product safety always comes first. If a reused box cannot provide sufficient protection, we use a new or more suitable one.
