Free delivery is available when the value of the products in your order, after any discounts have been applied, reaches the required threshold. Delivery charges are not included in the order value.

• For orders of £69 or more, you can choose free Royal Mail 48 delivery or free delivery to an InPost Locker.
• For orders of £99 or more, you can choose free, faster Royal Mail 24 delivery.

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same day. This does not apply to products marked with the “48h” symbol, as these require additional preparation time. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Royal Mail 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail 24 usually delivers on the next working day, although this is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your parcel is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed. The available delivery methods are displayed at checkout and may depend on your address, postcode, parcel weight and the type of products ordered.

Free delivery applies to the first dispatch of your order only. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, it was not collected, or delivery could not be completed for another reason attributable to the customer, you will need to pay the delivery charge before we can send it again.
