How to use:

- Aromatic bath - fill the bathtub with warm water (36-38 degrees Celsius), add 10-15 drops of oil and spread it over the water surface. Immerse yourself in a scented bath for 10-30 minutes.

- Relaxing massage - use 10-25 drops of almond oil or any other oil that will allow the essential oil to work better on the skin. Add 3-15 drops of the selected essential oil that suits your needs. Massage into the skin with circular movements.

- Relaxation in the sauna - Dissolve 5-15 drops of oil or a composition of your favorite oils in 200 ml of water. Add gradually to the heat source.

- Interiors full of beautiful scent - you can use oils in air humidifiers, aromatherapy fireplaces and even in vacuum cleaners. Add as many drops of oil as you need to obtain the appropriate scent intensity.

- Make your own cosmetic - compose your own cream, serum, balm or perfume. Essential oils are an excellent and effective addition to your care - your skin will appreciate the power of nature.

Notes: use the oils externally, they penetrate the skin perfectly, dilute them. Avoid contact with eyes, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, do not use for the care of small children. Store away from sources of heat and light, out of reach of children. Do not use in case of allergies, citrus oils may have a photosensitizing effect.
