Ingredients: gluten-free oat bran concentrate (100% oats), gluten-free oat flakes, gluten-free oat flour, oatmeal husk, cane arrowroot, sea salt, yeast, acacia fiber, chicory root inulin.

Preparation:

1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
2. Stirring thoroughly, add 500 ml of boiled warm (max.40°C) water.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and put it in a warm oven (30-40°C) for about 50 minutes to rise.
4. After this time, form buns by kneading the dough in your hands.
5. Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper or sprinkled with gluten-free flour.
6. Put them in the oven.
7. Set the oven to 210°C and bake for 45 minutes.
8. After baking, lift the door and let the rolls cool.

Store in a dry and cool place, tightly closed.
