Gluten-Free Gingerbread Mix 300g Celiko is a product that allows anyone, regardless of diet, to enjoy the homemade taste of Christmas gingerbread. Thanks to its specially selected gluten-free recipe, the mix is friendly for people with gluten intolerance and for vegans, making it suitable for serving to the whole family and guests with different dietary needs. Gluten-Free Gingerbread Mix 300g Celiko contains a rich blend of natural spices, such as cinnamon, ginger and cloves, which not only give baked goods a deep, spicy flavor, but also support the immune system - perfect for winter days. You will prepare the mixture easily and quickly - just add a few basic ingredients and put in the oven, and after a while you will feel the intense aroma of gingerbread floating in the kitchen.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, gingerbread spice (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, coriander, allspice, nutmeg), reduced fat cocoa, raising agent: calcium carbonates, salt, flavor.

Method of preparation:
**** Gingerbread
- 1 package of cake concentrate
- 2 EGG*
- 120 ml of oil
- 100 ml MILK*
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add EGGS, MILK and mix for about 2 minutes
- Add oil and mix for another 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a 11 x 20 cm cake pan and put it into the oven preheated to 180 °C. Bake approx. 45 - 50 minutes (until a dry stick)
- Remove and cool on the griddle. The cooled gingerbread can be layered with plum jam and topped with glaze or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
For the vegan version
- 1 package of cake concentrate (300g),
- egg substitute (2 tablespoons of flaxseed poured into 100ml of warm water),
- 120ml of oil,
- 80ml of water or vegetable MILK such as soy milk.
**** Gingerbread-flavored cake "differently"
Prepare for the cake with gingerbread flavor "differently"
For cakes:
- 1 package of cake concentrate, 4 EGGS, 40ml of water, 1 tablespoon of oil, pinch of salt, frying oil
For the cream:
- 1 Celiko cream-flavored pudding, 400ml MILK, 100g margarine or butter
Preparation:
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat them with a mixer to stiff foam. Add in one egg yolk at a time and continue to mix. Then add the mixture sifted through a sieve and mix gently with a spoon. Add water, oil and mix gently
- Heat a frying pan with minimal fat. Scoop the batter with a spoon and spread it all over the pan. Fry on both sides like pancakes. From one package of the mixture when frying in a pan with a diameter of 20 cm will come out about 8 pieces
- Boil pudding according to the recipe on the package. To the warm pudding add the butter in small portions and beat with a mixer. Chill the prepared cream in the refrigerator
- Arrange the cake discs on a flat plate and layer with cream. Sprinkle the top of the cake with cinnamon sugar and nuts or top with chocolate glaze.
