Glutamine Recovery Amino Recommended Use:
Take two servings a day. One serving is 5 g (1 scoop) of the product dissolved in a shaker 300 ml of lukewarm water or juice. Consume immediately after preparation. Training days: one serving right before a workout, one serving directly after a workout. Non-training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one serving before sleep.
