Betaine HCl + Pepsin Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule daily, wash down with water. Always close the packaging after use.

Food supplement is intended for people over 18 years of age. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a diversified diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
