Recommended Use:
Drink 1 portion (12,5 ml = 1/2 of the ampoule) once a day before training or before sexual activity. Use the measuring cap included to measure the appropriate portion - 12,5 ml. Shake before use. One ampoule contains 2 portions. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
