Clear Whey Isolate Recommended Use:
Dissolve 30 g of product (1.5 scoops) in 250-300 ml of water. After preparation, wait about 3 minutes for the foam settles; its appearance is a natural occurrence. Do not exceed 2 servings per day (60 g).
