It is an ideal supplement to the diet, helping to regulate the amount of fiber taken with meals - and like any fiber, it accelerates intestinal peristalsis, helps to remove deposits of digested food in the intestines and helps to keep a slim figure. You can use Bio Planet apple fiber as an addition to cocktails or homemade desserts. At the beginning, start with 1 teaspoon a day and gradually increase the dose - not to exceed 4 teaspoons.
