Natural fiber is a dietary supplement that is taken primarily to protect and improve the functioning of the digestive tract.

Directions for use: It is recommended to use 7 grams (2 teaspoons) twice a day approx. 30 minutes before a meal. Pour into a glass, pour lukewarm water and wait about 5 minutes.
