Celiko Gluten-Free Jelly Without Sugar Lemon 14g is a great snack for people on a gluten-free and low-sugar diet. The yellow, lemon version of the classic jelly not only does not contain sugar and preservatives, but has also been enhanced with the addition of natural juice, thanks to which it tastes juicy and with a sour twist! It works great as an addition to homemade desserts and pastries, such as cold cheesecake, as well as an addition to fresh fruit. Ingredients: pork gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid, 1% lemon juice powder (maltodextrin, concentrated lemon juice, lemon oil, fruit concentrate), aroma, dye: curcumin.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
1. Pour the contents of the package into 1/2 l of boiled, hot water (do not boil).
2. Stir thoroughly until dissolved and cool. At your discretion, you can add sweetener or sugar to the jelly (about 3-4 tablespoons).
3. Pour into a dish and put in the fridge to set the jelly. In hot weather, use less water, approx. 400 ml.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a dry and cool place.
