Olive oil for frying from Bio Planete is a blend of refined and virgin olive oils - both fats are made from certified, organic fruit. Thanks to the combination of these two types of oil, the final product is characterized by high resistance to high temperatures (smoke point 210C), and also retains the taste of extra virgin olive oil - therefore the organic fat from Bio Planet can be used both for deep frying (e.g. fruit sea) or as an addition to salads and sauces. It contains saturated and unsaturated fatty acids and a natural antioxidant - vitamin E.
