Manufactured in a facility using ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.
