Recommended use and other notes: recommended daily serving: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Sip with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol) and in case of use of medications with sedative, sleep, antiepileptic effects. Before use, it is advisable to perform a test of 25-(OH)D in the blood and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
