Other ingredients: Quercetin dihydrate from Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica) flower, bromelain from pineapple (Ananas comosus) fruit, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Recommended use: 2 capsules, after a meal.
