Recommended use: Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take one spray daily or as directed by your health practitioner. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day. Use 1 spray a day (pack contains 100 sprays)
