A method of preparing:
1. Pour 500 g of the bread baking mixture together with the yeast from the sachet inside the package into a bowl, then add 350 ml of lukewarm water (at a temperature of about 36°C) and mix thoroughly.
2. Line the baking tin with baking paper or grease it with oil.
3. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold and cover with a cloth to rise (for about 2 hours until it doubles in volume).
4. Put the form in the oven preheated to 230°C, bake for 15 minutes on the lower heater, then set the temperature to 200°C, change the heat to top-bottom and bake for another 25 minutes until a brown crust forms.
