Celiko Gluten-Free Rice Bread Mix 400g is an ideal proposition for people looking for an alternative to traditional products with gluten. Free from gluten, milk, soy, eggs and nuts, it guarantees the safety of people with allergies. It allows you to add your own ingredients, such as seeds or herbs, which allows you to adjust the taste to your individual preferences. Perfect for vegans, children, as well as the elderly, giving them the opportunity to enjoy bread without worrying about ingredients that may interfere with their diet.
Ingredients: potato starch, rice flour (30%), glucose, thickener: guar gum, dried yeast, salt.
Allergens: may contain: soy, milk and their derivatives.

A method of preparing:
Recipe for bread or rolls: 1 package of concentrate (200 g), 65 ml of milk, 110 ml of water, 1/2 tablespoon of oil or melted butter, 1 egg (the bread can be baked without egg).
1. Pour the contents of the bag into a container, add warm water and milk (temp. about 35 C), fat and egg. Mix everything well, then knead by hand or mix for about 5 minutes. The dough should be very thick.
2. Then put the dough into an oiled baking tin (bread) or small aluminum foil tins (rolls) formed on a glass. Lubricate the surface with oil.
3. Leave in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes (bread) or 15 minutes (rolls).
4. Bake at 220 C for 40 - 45 minutes (bread) or 30 minutes (rolls).
Additionally: the risen dough in aluminum foil molds can be steamed into yeast dumplings.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
