**** Carrot cake with cream
Prepare for the cake
- 1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
- 2 eggs - 130 ml of oil
- 50 ml of water/milk
- 300 g carrots grated on large mesh
Prepare for the cream
- 400 ml cream cheese
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar Making the dough:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add the Eggs, MILK and oil. Knead the whole mixture with a mixer for about 3 minutes, add carrots and mix with a spatula or spoon
- Pour the mixture into a 20 x 20 cm baking pan. Put the cake into the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 60 minutes (until a dry stick). Remove and cool on the griddle.
Making the cream:
- Blend cream cheese with mascarpone to a thick cream. Add sifted powdered sugar and mix gently
- Cut the cake, spread the layers with cream and fold over.

Prepare for the cake with apple and nuts
- 1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of oil
- 50 ml of water/milk
- 500 g apple cut into cubes (10 x 10 mm)
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add the Eggs, water and oil. Knead the whole thing with a mixer for about 3 minutes. Add apples, NUTS and mix
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan 20 x 20 cm
- Put the cake in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 60 minutes. Remove and cool on the griddle.
