Preparation:
Prepare for sand muffin:
- 1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
- 3 eggs
- 140 ml of oil
Making the sand muffin:
-Pour the contents of the bag of cake concentrate into a dish, add the Eggs, mix everything together. Finally, add oil. Knead the whole thing with a mixer for about 4 minutes.
-Transfer the dough into a mold (a small fruit cake pan or a small muffin tin).
-Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. After removing from the oven, wait until it cools down.
-After baking, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or topped with the previously prepared frosting. Prepare for marbled babka:
-1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
-3 eggs
-140 ml of oil
-1,5 tbsp cocoa
-3 tbsp milk Making the marbled babka:
-Pour the contents of the bag of cake concentrate into a dish, add the Eggs, mix everything together. Finally, add oil.
-Knead the whole thing with a mixer for about 4 minutes.
-Divide the dough in half. To one part add sifted cocoa and 3 tablespoons of milk. Gently mix the whole with a kitchen rod or spatula.
-Pour the cakes into the mold alternately: once light once dark.
-Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
-After removing from the oven, wait until it cools down.
