A method of preparing:

Sponge cake:
- 1 package of sponge cake concentrate
- 50 g of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of Celiko baking powder

Preparing:
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with sugar. Then add one egg yolk at a time, whisking constantly.
- Mix the concentrate with baking powder in a bowl, and then sift the ready mixture into the bowl with the beaten egg mass. Mix gently until uniform.
- Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a greased baking tray sprinkled with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, wait until it cools down.
Then add your favorite additions to the sponge cake.

Recipe for orange cake - vegan:
- 1 package of sponge cake
- 140 g of sweet potato puree (baked or boiled)
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice (30 g)
- 3 tablespoons of oil (30 g)
- 2 teaspoons of Celiko vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 g)
- grated orange peel

Preparing:
- Mix the sweet potato puree with orange juice and then with oil.
- Add the sifted dough concentrate mixed with baking powder to the mass in small portions and mix. Finally, add the orange peel and mix.
- Transfer the prepared mixture to a small cake tin or a small cake tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
