The composition of the mixture is simple and safe for people struggling with gluten intolerance because it is gluten-free. Pięć Przemian butter cookies do not contain added sugar, which has been replaced with erythritol. The addition of inulin will support the proper functioning of the intestines and Ceylon cinnamon will give it a unique aroma (it is also one of the best sources of tannins).

Ingredients: almond flour, erythritol (sweetener), coconut flour, inulin, Ceylon cinnamon, Kłodawa salt.
