How to prepare pancakes:

1. pour 250 g of the mixture into a bowl, add 200 ml of milk (can be vegetable) and 1 egg.
2. Mix thoroughly (you can use a blender, mixer or whisk).
3. Fry in a small amount of fat (coconut oil or clarified butter will be best), on both sides until golden brown.
The mixture in the bowl thickens - add more liquid if necessary.

How to prepare the bread:

1. Sift 500 g of the mixture into a bowl. Add 7 g of instant yeast and 7 g of salt.
2. Stirring thoroughly, add 500 ml of boiled, warm (max.40°C) water.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and put it in a warm oven (30-40°C) for about 50 minutes to rise.
4. Grease the baking pan (a small fruit cup) with coconut oil or clarified butter. Sprinkle with gluten-free flour.
5. Mix the risen dough and transfer it to the baking pan.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 70 minutes.

The way to prepare waffles:

1. Preheat the waffle iron.
2. Sift 350 g of the mixture into a bowl.
3. Add 7 g of baking powder (about 1 teaspoon), 1 egg and 300 ml of milk (can be vegetable).
Mix thoroughly. You can sweeten the mixture as desired (e.g. with 2 tablespoons of erythritol).
4. Pour in batches into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
The mixture in the bowl thickens - add more liquid if necessary.


Store in a dry and cool place, tightly closed.
