How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (without thermo).

2. Prepare a muffin tin - grease it or put in the papillotes. The batch makes 12 small or 6 large muffins.

3. In a large bowl, mix well: 2 eggs, 100 ml MILK and 100 ml oil (16 tablespoons).

4. Pour in the contents of the package and mix briefly.

5. Set the batter aside for 5 minutes to make the muffins fluffy.

6. Fill the pans to 3/4 height and place in the oven.

7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the muffins are risen and browned.
