Preparation:

1.Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add 30 ml (3 tablespoons) of oil. Gradually add 400 ml of hot water (about 80℃), while kneading the dough for about 5-7 minutes, until it is compact and uniform (be careful not to burn yourself!). With the length of kneading, the dough becomes more and more elastic.

2.After kneading, cover the dough with a bowl. Peel off 1/4 of the dough and roll out thinly. If necessary, toss lightly with gluten-free flour (can be rice flour). Punch out disks from the dough. Place your favorite filling on each one and carefully glue the edges together. Cover the finished dumplings with a cloth.

3.Repeat until all the dough is used.

4.Drop dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes

5.Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
