It is enough to pour the mixture into a bowl, add milk (it can be vegetable) and one egg (in the vegan option: aquafaba or other substitutes), then pour it into a waffle iron and bake it until golden brown. The mixture for baking waffles by Pięć Przemian does not contain gluten, so even people suffering from celiac disease can enjoy the sweet taste of home waffles. In the composition you will find a healthier substitute for white sugar (erythritol) and the addition of spices such as cardamom and cinnamon.
