Ingredients: rice flour, cassava starch (tapioca), potato starch, white buckwheat flour, corn starch, ground psyllium husk, emulsifier: mono and diacetyltartaric acid esterified mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Gluten-free waffles:

Pour 500 g of Grano all-purpose mix into a bowl
Add 2 level teaspoons of baking powder, 4 egg yolks and 360 ml of milk
Mix the whole thing thoroughly then add the foam beaten from 4 egg whites.
You can add sugar to the egg whites as you like
Put a portion of the batter on the waffle iron and bake until they are brown
You will bake about 8 waffles from the serving

Gluten-free pancakes:

Pour 500 g of Grano all-purpose mix into a bowl
Add 2 whole EGGs, 5 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt, 300 ml of MILK and 300 ml of water (can be carbonated)
Mix the whole thing thoroughly. You can add sugar, as you like
Put a portion of the batter on a lightly greased frying pan and fry on both sides until they are brown.
You will bake about 12 pancakes from the given portion.
