Ingredients: rice flour, modified cassava starch (tapioca), linseed (12%), pumpkin seeds (10%), sunflower seeds (10%), linseed flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, salt, evening primrose flour, dry baker's yeast, ground psyllium husk, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid.

Preparation method:
Prepare:
380 ml water, 3 tablespoons oil, baking tin
• Prepare a bread tin, grease it and sprinkle with gluten-free flour,
• Pour the dry mixture into a tall bowl and mix it thoroughly,
• While constantly stirring, add 3 tablespoons oil and 380 ml water to the mixture,
• Knead the dough thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained,
• Leave the dough in the bowl for about 15 minutes in a warm place,
• After the time has elapsed, knead dough for about 2 more minutes,
• Then transfer the dough mass to the prepared form,
• Cover the form with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for about 25 minutes,
• Preheat the oven with the convection function to 200°C,
• Put the form in the oven and bake for 20 minutes,
• Increase the temperature to 225 - 230°C and bake the bread for another 7 minutes,
• After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven and let the bread cool in the form for about 5 minutes,
• Remove the bread from the form and let it cool for about 15 minutes so that it evaporates.
Storage: store in a dry and cool place.
