Preparation method:
**** Tortilla
Prepare for tortilla
- 1 gluten-free flour concentrate
- 20 g oil (2 tablespoons)
- approx. 150 - 200 ml milk
- 1 egg
- Your favorite additions: e.g. fried chicken breast with spices, vegetables of your choice, sauce, spices.
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add the egg, oil, salt, MILK and mix to obtain a semi-liquid consistency of dough like for pancakes
- Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Then pour a thin layer of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides
- Spread the heated pancake with sauce and add the toppings. Then form a tortilla.
**** Dumplings
Preparation for dumplings
- 1 gluten-free flour concentrate
- 1 egg - 90 - 100 ml of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed (approx. 5 g)
- your favorite filling
Preparation:
- Pour 50 ml of warm water over the flaxseed and leave to swell (3 - 5 minutes)
- Sift the flour concentrate into a bowl, add the egg and pour in the flaxseed. Knead the dough, adding the remaining water, until it stops crumbling
- Roll out the dough in batches (it dries quickly, so it's best to cover it with cling film)
- Cut out circles with a glass. Put the filling on the circle, fold in half and stick together carefully
- Throw the dumplings into boiling, lightly salted water. To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, you can add a teaspoon of oil or vinegar to the water. Cook the dumplings for about 5-7 minutes from the time they float to the surface.
Storage: store in a dry and cool place.
