Ekstra Babka Sand Cake Mix Gluten-Free 500g Five Transformations allows you to prepare a classic sand cake without having to reach for gluten, which makes it an excellent choice for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, as well as for those who consciously eliminate gluten from their diet. The mixture guarantees that the baked goods can be prepared quickly and easily, even for people who do not have much experience in baking. The product is an excellent base to which you can add your favorite additions, such as nuts, fruit or chocolate, creating your own unique variations of sand cake.

Ingredients: xylitol (sweetener), white rice flour, coconut flour, arrowroot, inulin, almond flour, tartar, baking soda, natural vanilla flavor, sea salt.

*The nutritional value of the product is calculated for a recipe consisting of a mixture, 5 eggs and 200 ml of rapeseed oil.

A method of preparing:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
2. Thoroughly grease the bun tin with butter and sprinkle with gluten-free flour.
3. Crack 5 eggs into a bowl. Beat with a mixer until fluffy (approx. 5 min.)
4. Pour 200 ml of oil in a thin stream, mixing constantly.
5. Without stopping mixing, pour the mixture into the egg mixture. At this stage, you can add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or divide the dough in half and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to one part.
6. Pour into the prepared pan.
7. Bake for 55 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and start cooling the cake upside down. When the mold has cooled down (but is still warm), gently pry the cake out with a knife and remove it from the mold.
9. Decorate with icing or chocolate. Enjoy your meal!

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, tightly closed.
