What distinguishes the Rural Bread mix?

The product combines wheat flour, rye flour and natural rye sourdough, so the finished bread has a more traditional flavor and aroma. The higher content of rye flour gives the bread a more distinctive character and a slightly rustic profile typical of classic country bread.

Preparation method

From one package we get after baking bread weighing about 0,75kg on each package are described 2 ways of preparation - in automatic machines and in ovens. The photo shows the bread fermented in a growth basket and baked in the oven , but you can also, of course, bake in a vending machine , or in a mold in the oven. If you want to bake sunflower or pumpkin bread, it is enough to add 50-100g of suitable seeds to the dough.
