Ingredients: rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, thickener: guar gum; raising agents: sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt.
Cream ingredients: sugar, corn starch, potato starch, flavor, color: beta carotene.

Method of preparation:
Prepare for the cake: powdered cake concentrate 150 g, 300 ml water, 80 g margarine or BUTTER, 4 eggs
How to prepare the cake:
- Boil water with margarine or butter. Pour the contents of the pastry concentrate bag into the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes on medium burner power, stirring constantly. Then let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the dough for 5 minutes, adding the eggs one at a time.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Using a spoon, spread the first part of the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place in an oven preheated to 200°C. After 10 minutes of baking, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 25-30 minutes. After baking, leave to cool. Then bake the second part of the cake.
Prepare for custard: custard concentrate powder 150 g, 500 ml MILK, 200 g butter
How to prepare custard:
- Mix the contents of the cream concentrate bag in 200 ml of MILK, and boil the rest of the MILK.
- Pour the powder distributed in the MILK into the boiling milk. Cook for a while stirring vigorously all the time. Leave it to cool down.
- To the cooled cream, in portions, add the BUTTER all the time mixing until a uniform mass is obtained.
- Spread the finished cream on one part of the baked cake. Cover with the other part of the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with chocolate glaze.
Do not eat the raw cake before baking.
