Organic Tea Better Sleep (with Lemon Balm) 40g Apotheke is a calm, gentle composition designed to calm the little ones in the evening. This BIO children's tea for sleep combines a mild, fruity taste with properties that help prepare the body for rest. The aroma alone has a soothing effect - the soft notes of apple and rosehip are noticeable, broken by the subtle freshness of lemon balm. The taste is naturally slightly sweet, pleasant and well accepted by children, without the bitterness typical of many herbs.

Ingredients: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)* 30%, apple (Malus domestica)* 25%, rosehip (Rosa canina)* 25%, black currant fruit (Ribes nigrum)* 20%. (* certified organic ingredient).

Preparation: pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and steep for 10-15 minutes. Always prepare fresh tea.

Recommended consumption: children from 3 years: 2-3 glasses per day. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. Excessive consumption of tea with sugar may lead to increased tooth decay. The maximum amount of sugar per glass (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max 5 g/100 ml).
