Ingredients: dried sea buckthorn fruit* 94%, yellow lacquerwort* (Ganoderma lucidum) powder 2%, lion's mane* (Hericium erinaceus) powder 2%, Chinese mace* (Cordyceps sinensis) powder 2%. (*certified organic ingredient).

Preparation: pour one teaspoon of the tea (about 2 g) into a glass and pour 200-300 ml of hot water (max 80°C). Drink 2-3 times a day.
