Preparing homemade wheat-free bread from Foods by Ann is really easy! You don't need specialized equipment or a long list of additives - all you need is a wooden spoon or a mixer, water and fat. We recommend coconut oil, which provides valuable support for the body and will add a delicate coconut flavor to your bread.
How to make homemade grain bread? Pour the mixture into a tall bowl, add 320 ml of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix the dough with a spoon or a mixer with hook attachment and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes, then use wet hands to form a loaf and place it in the tin. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan-forced) for 45-50 minutes. Before taking the first bite, let the bread cool for at least 3 hours. Serve with your favorite vegetable paste, jam or Foods by Ann cream.
