Organic Spelled Bread Mix 500g BIO Life Podlaskie Mąki Ekologiczne has been developed to simplify the baking process as much as possible, enabling everyone, even novice bakers, to create delicious, homemade bread without unnecessary effort. Perfect as a base for creating different variants of spelled bread, it allows you to add your favorite ingredients, such as seeds, nuts or dried fruit, which allows you to experiment and adjust the taste to your individual preferences. Spelled, as one of the oldest cultivated varieties of wheat, is valued for its unique nutritional properties and delicate, nutty flavor that enriches every bite of homemade bread.

Ingredients: Spelled bread flour*, wholemeal SPELLED WHEAT flour*, RYE sourdough*, yeast*, salt. (*certified organic ingredient)

A method of preparing:
1. Pour 500 g of the bread baking mixture together with the yeast from the sachet inside the package into a bowl, then add 350 ml of lukewarm water (at a temperature of about 36°C) and mix thoroughly.
2. Line the baking tin with baking paper or grease it with oil.
3. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold and cover with a cloth to rise (for about 2 hours until it doubles in volume).
4. Put the form in the oven preheated to 230°C, bake for 15 minutes on the lower heater, then set the temperature to 200°C, change the heat to top-bottom and bake for another 25 minutes until a brown crust forms.
